New video series and shop now open!

I write this at 2 in the morning with a tiny electric fan blasting into my face to try to lessen the effects of the heatwave that has hit the UK at the moment, which is only semi successful. It's a bit of a cliche for a goth to struggle in hot weather, but I am definitely not a summer person.

The plus side of hiding in the shade is that I've actually managed to work through my almighty to-do list, so I have some exciting new things for you. First up is a new video series! I'm trying to get into the habit of more regularly updating my Youtube channel, so I've started a new series of videos of recommendations for brands, products, shops and diy tips for maintaining a gothy style when living on a budget. You can watch the first video, about makeup, below.

I've already filmed two more videos, about clothing and diy accessories, which will be posted as soon as I can persuade myself to edit them. Naturally I'll post them to the blog here once they're available.

Secondly, I've opened a merchandise store over at PostPunkPixiePrints. I'm slowly adding more products, but at the moment you can find some quirky postcards, t-shirts and accessories, including several designs inspired by There Are Such Things! More designs will be added very soon so stay tuned!
